Refund Policy

Green Cross Partners offers a full refund for the following reasons:

1. The doctor is unable to approve you for your MMMP license for any reason.

2. If, before the consultation with a Green Cross Partners' doctor, you want to cancel your appointment. And the cancelation is made within 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

   1. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment are not subject to a refund. However, upon written request via Green Cross Partners "Contact US" option, Green Cross Partners will review your request for refund and refund will or will not be given based on Green Cross Partners discretion on a case by case basis
